The Questions view provides educators with detailed insights into student performance at the individual question level. This view allows educators to analyze how students responded to diagnostic and practice test questions and identify trends across specific skills.
By reviewing question-level data, educators can better understand where students may be struggling and use that information to guide instruction and targeted review.
What You'll See in the Questions View
Performance Summary Cards
At the top of the Questions view, educators will see summary cards displaying average scores for selected assessments. These cards provide a quick snapshot of overall performance.
Question-Level Data Table
The Questions table displays detailed information for each question, including:
- Content (assessment or diagnostic)
- Question number
- Correct answer
- Number of student responses
- Percentage correct
- Associated skill
- ACT standard (for ACT/AOP users)
The ACT Standard column can be enabled through the table column settings, allowing educators to view which ACT College and Career Readiness Standard each question aligns to.
Filtering Options
Educators can filter the Questions view to narrow the data displayed. Available filters may include:
- Date range
- Test
- State
- District
- School
- ACT standard (for ACT/AOP users)
- Additional filters using Add Filter
These filters allow educators to focus on specific assessments, student groups, or standards.
Search and Content Filter
Educators can search for specific questions using the Search Questions field or filter results by content type.
Download Option
The Questions view includes a Download option that allows educators to export the data for further review or analysis.
How to Access the Questions View
- From the left navigation menu, select Performance.
- Click Questions.
The Questions view will display performance data based on the selected filters.
