QUESTION: Can I reset Study Plan Mastery Lessons for my students?
ANSWER: While educators cannot reset Study Plan Mastery Lessons, students are able to reset the Mastery Lessons from their accounts, allowing students to retake lessons at any time.
To retake a Mastery Lesson, students must follow the steps listed below:
- On the Study Plan page, click "VIEW STUDY PLAN" on the subject needing resets:
- Click the THREE DOT icon next to the Mastery Lesson needing to be reset:
- Click RESET LESSON:
- Confirm by selecting RESET:
- Once the lesson is reset, students can retake the Mastery Lesson at any time.
A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:
- If students need to reset more than one lesson,they will need to start resetting lessons from the bottom of the lesson list to the top. Failure to do so may result in lessons being locked from access until the top lessons are completed.
- If students are unable to reset their lessons, double-check that the feature is enabled here:
- There is no limit on how many times a lesson can be reset. This feature can be disabled at ADMINISTRATION request.
