Can I add and license educators on my end so I don't have to contact Customer Care each time?
Answer:
We're always happy to assist with adding and licensing new users!
You can add new users from your end if you choose to (to view an additional article on account creation click HERE).
To add teachers specifically, select “Manage” located in the dropdown taskbar.
Select the "Teachers" button on the top of the screen (note: District Admins will need to select a school; School Admins will only have access to their school).
Once on the Teacher Page, select "+ Add a Teacher"
You can either create a password manually or send an email invite, though we highly recommend manually creating passwords as invitation emails often get directed to spam or blocked by district/institution-implemented firewalls resulting in incomplete accounts.
Once you've manually entered the password (or sent the invite should you choose to do so), click "SAVE."
Once you click SAVE, the account is added to MasteryPrep's Platform. If you were to create a new user account, a MasteryPrep support team member will still need to “apply” the pending licenses to the new account(s) you created.
We can either create and license the account(s) for you, or if you prefer to create the account(s) for instant access, you can send a quick chat to our support widget located on the MasteryPrep Platform or email to support@masteryprep.zendesk.com. From there, we can add the licenses for you.
Do know that we are working to make this process less burdensome on our customers. In the near future, you will be able to add new teacher accounts on your end and they will automatically have access to everything. In the meantime, please use whichever option is the most convenient and takes the least of your own time.
