The Teacher Usage view provides school and district administrators with a clear snapshot of educator engagement on the MasteryPrep platform. This view highlights key trends in teacher activity, including time spent, assignments created, and student interaction, which support instructional quality and program implementation.
What You’ll See
The Teacher Usage view contains three main elements: filters, summary widgets, and a sortable table.
Filters and Search Tools
At the top of the page, you’ll find several tools to adjust the data shown:
- Date Selector lets you define the reporting window.
- Filter Bar allows you to narrow results by school, test, or teacher role.
- Add Filter allows more filtering options, like classes.
- Search Bar helps you locate individual teachers by name.
- Add View (global action) lets you save or duplicate views for easier access later.
The filters you select will automatically update all widgets and the table, and your selected filters are summarized above the data, so you know what is being presented at a glance.
Summary Widgets
Just below the filters are high-level widgets summarizing teacher activity across the selected group:
- Average Days Active indicates how often teachers use the platform.
These metrics provide a quick snapshot of overall instructional engagement and help identify potential areas for further investigation.
Detailed Table
This table is the main part of the view and includes sortable columns with key usage metrics for each teacher:
- Page Views
- Logins
You can sort and group by school, expand/collapse rows by organization, and customize visible columns using the gear icon. This view helps identify both high- and low-engagement teachers based on consistent usage indicators.
