The Content Record provides detailed data for each licensed resource on the platform. It helps educators monitor student engagement, completion, and performance, making it easier to plan instruction, preview resources, assign content, and evaluate effectiveness.
What You’ll See in Content Record
At the top, you’ll see the content title, the type (e.g., Online Lesson, Mastery Curriculum Book Chapter), and a short description.
Summary Widgets
These display performance and usage data, which may include:
Informational Widgets
- Approximate estimated time of the content duration
- The number of practice questions in the content
Performance Widgets
- Average Score or Average Accuracy: Overall student performance
- Average Time Spent: Average time spent by students while interacting with content
How to Use the Content Record View
1. Navigate to the record — Go to Content > [select a piece of content].
2. Apply Filters — Use filters at the top (e.g., date, class, teacher, student) to narrow down results.
3. Review Content Performance — Use the Summary Widgets to understand overall usage and student outcomes.
4. Take Action — Use the insights to adjust instruction or pacing, reassign content, identify areas for reteaching, and collaborate with colleagues on strategy.
